Thomas Bies and Karl Williams of Elm Creek Auto Group, based in Plano, Tex. but with dealerships in Texas and Missouri, have acquired Bounds Autoplex in Livingston, Tex. Bounds includes Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram franchises. The two dealerships are now named Premier Chevrolet-Buick-GMC an d Premier Dodge-Chrylser- Jeep.
