In the largest private capital dealership purchase ever, family-owned Holman Automotive of Maple Shade, New Jersey has acquired family-owned Kuni Automotive of Vancouver, Wash. The acquisition creates a 33-dealership network with locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washigton, Oregon, California, Colorado, and Kansas.
