Napleton Automotive Group of Westmont, Ill. has acquired the St. Louis Maserati franchise from St. Louis Motorcars and will change the name to Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati and move the dealership to St. Peters, Mo., where Napleton already had a number of dealerships, reports St. Louis Business Journal here:
