Napleton Auto Group of Illinois files racketeering lawsuit against Chrysler parent company

Napleton Automotive Group of Oak Lawn, Ill. has filed a racketeering  (RICO) lawsuit against FCA, the company that owns the Chrysler brand, related to an FCA incentive program, reports the Cook County Record here:
