U.K. 's Vertu group acquires three Audi Volkswagen dealerships

Vertu Motors PLC of the U.K. has acquired SHG Holdings, an automotive group which includes three Audi Volkswagen dealerships as well as two VW Group parts distribution centers, reports The Telegraph here:
