Tasca Automotive Group of Cranston, R.I. has acquired Paul Masse Buick GMC in Woonsocket, R.I., which will now be known as Tasca Buick GMC. The Tasca Group has dealerships in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is the first General Motors franchise the group has acquired. Nancy Phillips Associates facilitated the deal and provided this information. This transaction occurred in 2014.
