Lithia Motors has acquired a Nissan dealership in Clovis, Calif. from John Harris of Harris Auto Center. The dealership, formerly known as Clovis Nissan is now Lithia Nissan of Clovis. The store will add $25 million in estimate annual revenue. The transaction was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services.
Harris also has an Infiniti dealership and a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Central California.
