    This was a great read. 2017 is going to be a huge year of growth and new customer bases. Expectations have changed drastically and staying ahead of the game will be important to make sure we keep the new clients that walk through the door.

    Don’t forget your Fixed Ops Departments. It would take a salesman 21 car sales a month to match the gross of 1 mediocre service advisor. Now imagine what you can do with elite service advisors that exceed expectations? Best of luck to you for enhanced future success!
