Dealership buy sell activity in the first nine months of 2016 slowed to 172 transactions compared to 184 in the same period in 2015 as buyers held off completing transactions in anticipation of a tax reduction under the incoming Trump administration, says the just-released Blue Sky Report from Kerrigan Advisors.
